As a Co-Founder of the organization, I am committed to strengthening our strategic vision, merchandising excellence, and sustainable operational growth. My role focuses on ensuring effective coordination between buyers, production teams, and internal departments to maintain efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all operations.
Since beginning my professional career in 2009, of professional experience in merchandising within the garments and textile industry, I have developed strong expertise in buyer communication, costing, consumption analysis, production planning, and shipment follow-up. My career progression from Trainee Merchandiser to Merchandiser has provided me with in-depth practical knowledge of the complete merchandising cycle, from sample development to final shipment.
I began my career as a Trainee Merchandiser, where I was responsible for sample follow-up, fabric sourcing, printing and embroidery coordination, and assisting senior management in production follow-up. Through continuous learning and hands-on factory involvement, I advanced to the role of Merchandiser, managing buyer correspondence, costing and consumption analysis, and closely monitoring production to ensure on-time shipment and compliance with buyer requirements.
In my professional journey, I have consistently worked on production planning, order execution, and cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and sourcing teams to maintain workflow efficiency. My responsibilities also include tracking production status, ensuring material readiness, and supporting decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.
I strongly believe that effective merchandising is the backbone of successful apparel production. My approach emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proactive follow-up to minimize risks and ensure buyer satisfaction.
