My professional journey in the textile and apparel sector began in 1997, I have gained extensive experience in knitting, dyeing, knit fabrics, and overall apparel business operations. I have progressively served in key technical and leadership roles, including Lab Chemist, Lab Manager, Production Manager, General Manager, Executive Director currently Chief Executive Officer. This diverse experience has enabled me to develop deep expertise in factory management, production planning, quality control systems, and technical operations.
I specialize in managing overall business operations, supervising departments such as merchandising, production, and quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with local laws and industry standards. My leadership approach focuses on people management, strong governance, and strategic planning to achieve operational efficiency and consistent quality.
I firmly believe that a dynamic and challenging work environment, combined with responsibility, creativity, and continuous learning, is essential for long-term success.
